Τhe guest registration and information form asks you to provide us with basic personal information for the purposes of complying with a various legal obligations. This information will be treated as part as of company records and stored in our central computer database for electronics access by members of Your Villa. 

To ensure the confidenciality of all information you provide we have verious security measures in place such as limited access and computer passwords with the exception of your name, address and passport in the identification number (which information we are legally obliged to obtain you are not obliged to provide any other information requested). We do request that you provided us with the voluntary personal data so that we may further enhase our future guest services.

Rental Rules:

1. smoking is not allowed anywhere inside, but is allowed outside.
2. people other than those in the guest party set forth above are restricted to stay overnight in the property. Any other in the property is the sole personality of guest . Guests aren’t allowed to exceeded the occupancy limit agreed.
3. keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4. all of the villas are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents in the race or illness that occurs why the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other, whom they invite to use the premise
5. Pets are not allowed
6. No parties or any kind of events are allowed
7. In case, police or other authorities impose any kind of fine for noise or due to violation of COVID-19 prevention regulations. The amount imposed and the expenses caused will be the safe responsibility of the guest.
